The tissue paper converting sector is continuously evolving, moving towards increasingly automated processes which afford greater control and monitoring, by means of new advanced digital technologies. The aim? The intelligent factory.
We have been selected as partner for R&S project IRIDE with company FUTURA, to develop new tissue converting lines with superior automation, high productivity and improved safety and energy efficiency levels. These will be achieved through innovations based on the convergence of ICT solutions and technologies for Advanced Automation in the Industry 4.0 perspective.
Efffe Group Srl has to design a new integrated extraction system on the converting lines simplifying tasks and increased safety. For business owners, it will come in the form of real innovation that optimizes production costs, makes processes more efficient and improves the quality of the final product. And last, but not least, it will deliver end consumers a fully traceable, guaranteed, ideal product.
