The Plug & Play cartridge filters of the GPP series are equipped with horizontal cartridges with plug-fan and automatic cleaning. The ability to install cartridges with different fabric types allows the filter to be used in various applications, such as grinding, welding, laser cutting, and plasma cutting, thus ensuring better filtration efficiency and greater stability. The GPP filter is equipped with inputs on both sides, offering maximum flexibility in installation and positioning.

Air enters the filter body, where, thanks to an initial volume increase, it slows down, allowing heavier particles to settle first in the hopper and then in the collection bin. The airflow, now composed only of lighter particles, passes from the outside to the inside of the cartridges, where they remain trapped, allowing the purified air to pass through the fan, composed of impeller and motor, and exit from the filter exhaust.

Reverse-jet cleaning ensures a long life for the filter elements: compressed air injected into the cartridges allows the detachment of particles deposited outside the filter elements, keeping them always efficient. The filter also features a pressure regulator for compressed air supply.

The dust collector is equipped with a switch for the fan and economizer for managing the cleaning of the filter cartridges and continuous monitoring of pressure variation across the filter element with the possibility of signaling the clogging of the filter element itself.

Replacement of filter cartridges is performed by external extraction, minimizing operator contact with dust and pollutants inside the filter. The GPP is made of welded and painted sheet metal. The filter is shipped assembled and ready for use, ensuring quick start-up.

Several additional accessories are available to make the filter adaptable to various applications and customer needs, including ATEX certification, fire protection systems, HEPA filter exhaust, and soundproofing box.
