Medium-heavy steelworking requires specific processes, such as calendering, bending and welding, as these are large-scale projects that require cutting-edge techniques and accurate workmanship.

Consisting of professional and experienced operators, our department is fully equipped with the latest generation equipment such as:

  • Columnar lifting/positioning machine with horizontal axis, suitable for assembly, handling and welding operations.
    The machine enables safe, synchronised raising and lowering of the workpiece and infinite rotation.
  • Jib crane complete with electric sliding hoist to move and handle heavy loads.
  • Ergonomic roller positioner allowing the rotation of a workpiece for continuous welding.
  • 4.0 calender with 4 rollers complete with auxiliary arm and control panel integrated with company management system.
  • Latest generation welders with automatic cooling and adaptive capacity according to the material and thickness.

This new equipment not only increases productivity, it also reduces the need for dangerous handling of products with lifting equipment such as forklifts, and operators maintain an optimal posture and reduce fatigue by working at an ideal height and in the desired position.
