PR FESR TOSCANA 2021-2027

The project aims to achieve the following objectives:

• The design and construction of a prototype system assembled on a transportable skid to reach TRL 6;
• Testing of the prototype in an industrial setting to achieve TRL 7;
• Evaluation of the technical, economic, and environmental performance achieved and their comparison with the expected results defined in the specification phase and with those known for commercially available technologies, aiming to reach TRL 8. 

In addition to the main objectives, the implementation of other currently experimental innovative technologies will be evaluated, and a ‘digital twin’ model of the process will be developed for monitoring and predictive diagnostics.
