Downdraft Benches – GTW

GTW combines the Siegmund system and the GEF cartridge table in one machine: the operator can safely assemble, weld and grind thanks to the integrated extraction and filtration in one place, with full compatibility of Siegmund accessories.

The extraction of pollutants produced during welding is done directly from the Siegmund system, available in “System 16”, “System 22” and “System 28”, which defines the diameter of the holes drilled on the table (Ø16, Ø22 and Ø28).

The GTW range is available with BIA ‘M’ filtration class cartridges, with automatic air cleaning.

The table is equipped with a spark arrestor to reduce the inflow of sparks to the cartridges.

Each bench is complete with:

• High-efficiency fan, installed inside the structure, keeping the solution compact and silent.
• Multifunction display with ON/OFF switch, cleaning management and working hours control: this allows to monitor filter status and schedule maintenance.
• Adjustable feet the table.
• Dust collection drawers for safe and easy waste management.
