FPM are the bag filter series up to 80,000 m3/h. This filter series is suitable for a wide range of applications and dusts such as foundries, wood, machine tools and the food industry.
The FPM bag filter consists of a filter unit and an air evacuation section. The fan is supplied separately on request.
The polluted air enters the plenum chamber, where, due to an initial increase in volume, it loses speed so that the heavier particles are deposited in the hopper.
The air flow, now consisting of only the lightest particles, passes from the outside to the inside of the sleeves where they are trapped so that only the purified air leaves the filter outlet.
The filtering section consists of a series of filter bags made of 500 g/m2 antistatic polyester needled felt to separate and collect the fine dust present in the air to be purified.
The reverse jet cleaning by means of pressure difference guarantees a long service life of the filter elements.
The pollutant waste is deposited inside a collection bin that is tightly fixed to the hopper by means of special fastening hooks.
A hopper with screw and rotary valve is available on request.
The filter is equipped with an access ladder with gate and safety railing for access to the upper part of the filter.
The filter is also available in an ATEX certified version for zone 22 3D, designed to handle explosive dust class ST1.
